Sadly, there are still discrimination and bullying in LGBT in Japan.
While the Japanese government is moving towards support of LGBT students,
the national bullying prevention basic policy has not touched LGBT at all ...
It is not unusual to receive discrimination against
 "not wanting you to stay in the same work place", "That's gross", "physiologically impossible" "That's disgusting"and so on.
Do not listen, do not talk, it is a means to protect yourself.
