Das Eschschloraque lädt zur ersten Short Movie Night: Künstler/-innen präsentieren ihre Kurzfilme und sind im Anschluss an das screening für persönliche Gespräche vor Ort. Die Movie Night bietet eine intime persönliche Atmosphäre, die natürlich noch musikalisch mit DJ abgerundet wird – passend zu jeder Jahreszeit und mit dem Auftakt beim LITTLE WINTER CINEMA!

NOMADS:
Life is the journey of a nomadic soul.
First screened at Water Tower Fest 2010, Sofia, Bulgaria. Also screened at Berlin Poetry Film Festival and others. Based on the poem “Nomads” by Yagama written on the island of St. Croix in 2002.

SNOWGIRL:
A mysterious girl appears in the lives of an elderly childless couple and a troubled young man and transforms their understanding about love and life. Loosely based on the Russian fairy tale about Snegurochka, this story is about miracles and trusting the divine forces at work in our lives, and at the same time a poignant metaphor for global warming.
